With over 12 years of fashion retail experience I have successfully managed a retail store before being promoted to retail administration controller. In this role I learnt how to analyze, audit and validate stores and administration processes a d procedures.  I worked with the Operations manager in highliting any area of risk within the company's Administration Policy. Working to train and couch store teams in the process and procedures.
