I manage integrated campaigns plus marcomms, organize shows and events, complete market intelligence, 

prepare plans for web content campaigns, and write captions for Instagram. Selecting influencers for campaigns, I create their packages and arrange deliverables, and partner them to get the best outcome to agreed time. I work collaboratively with internal and external teams, adapt to cultural diversity, and approach suppliers for campaign sponsorships. I lead the translation process for all weekly flyers, seasonal catalogue, and social media posts.

I organise and coordinate all offline and online campaigns at the hypermarket located in Kuwait City. My achievements incorporate the company becoming social media leaders across the Kuwait retail industry by collaboratively working on diverse marketing campaigns with product and lifestyle influencers to create brand awareness on multiple platforms. My campaigns are related to targeted themes with a focus on attracting large audiences then analyzing feedback for lessons learned.

Establishing customer expectations by analyzing expectations and objectives, I develop content for all channels, and monitor campaign performance. Monitoring and updating the City Center webpage and activities for all social and digital media platforms, I ensure accurate, clear and appropriate content to promote brands and grow brand awareness. I implement new ideas in IG story posts to show product benefits and help the business understand the needs and opinions of customers to generate additional brand exposure and improve sales.

I project managed an online cooking show in Apr 2023 (Ramadan) with 20 episodes using different chefs. I set up a team, sourced sponsors with one providing a free kitchen, negotiated influencer fees, and assisted the editing process for the final visual material. I received an Achievement Certificate from senior management for generating awareness and extra sales from this successful show.

I plan and organize product shoots on a weekly basis for inclusion in reels and stories for internal social media platforms and catalogue. I revolutionized all reels and posts creativity to attract a larger audience and extra customers. I also conduct analysis to report on competitors' online and offline activities, contributing to being market leaders with sustainable sales growth.
