My objective as an IT Operations Manager is to ensure that business networks,
systems, and processes are running smoothly and effectively so as to enable
the fulfillment of the company’s target goals. I aim to do this by applying my
IT expertise and management skills in the planning, supervising, testing, and
deployment of products and services ensuring that all meet high quality
standards and order specifications.

• Windows Servers 2008, 2012 & 2016 administration in AD & File Servers (File Screening & Quota Management) and server upgrade 
• Knowledge and experience in Office 365 Administration, License Management, Multi factor Authentication, eSearch Discovery, Exchange Online Archiving, Security & Compliance, Email Purging & Message tracing)
• Azure AD user and device management, auditing and identifying risky AD users
• VMware management and creation using Vmware ESX6.5 
• Created and designed device and server maintenance plan, technical documentations
• Department task allocation through MS Teams, Planner
• Training end users with latest Office 365 features, Windows OS
