• Facilitates approval of drawings by following up with the client and consultants; 
• Design Coordination between different disciplines for work execution i.e. Heating and Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Supports the sub contract management through the tendering visits for new projects to collect information about the site conditions
• Performs General administrative and record keeping functions including the review and distribution of IFC drawings and documentation

• Design review and drawings approval as per Inputs provided by Chemical Engineers.
• Prepares Preliminary estimates during pre-bidding and Detailed Estimates
• Overall Supervision of Bio Ethanol foundation and underground piping works including earthworks, trenching, laying and warning tape/mat, tile, backfill / road works.
• Ensures Quality Control and Dimensional Accuracy on site as per technical project specifications

• Supervises Telecom Tower Foundation Setting out, leveling & construction works having steel structure height up to 60m.
• Supervision of petrol stations to check work as per specifications, quality control and to Check Project bills quantities, settled claims raised by the subcontractors.
• Asphalt concrete works supervision, QA/QC and material inspection for the petrol station and approach road works.

• To estimate Structural Steel quantity for various types of projects including Airplane

Hangers, Hospitals, High Rise Buildings, Industrial and Commercial Buildings

• Working out estimates for main, detailed and buyout items for bidding. Calculating Quantity Takeoff from Structural/Architectural and Shop drawings as per latest finishes and by using ASTM code.
